We know timing matters when you’re planning a renovation or build. Below is a guide to our dispatch, production and delivery timeframes to help you plan with confidence.

In-Stock Door Items

Dispatch From Warehouse

• Standard in-stock items: dispatched within 5 business days
• In-stock items requiring glazing: approximately 2 weeks (please allow longer for reeded glass)

If your order includes any out-of-stock or special-order items, please contact us prior to purchase for an estimated timeframe.

Delivery Time (Once Dispatched)

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:

• Brisbane Metro: typically 1–2 business days
• Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: up to 1 week
• Queensland (regional & northbound): up to 4 weeks
• New South Wales (metro): up to 3 weeks
• Victoria (metro): up to 3 weeks
• South Australia (metro): up to 4 weeks
• Tasmania: up to 4 weeks
• Western Australia: up to 4–6 weeks
• Northern Territory: up to 4–6 weeks

Please allow additional time for non-metro and rural areas.

Custom-Made Door Items

Custom doors are made to order and will move into production once your order is confirmed.

Estimated Production Time

• Custom doors manufactured locally: approximately 10–12 weeks (timeframes may vary throughout the year)
• Custom doors manufactured overseas: up to 5 months

Delivery

Once your custom doors arrive in Australia and are dispatched, delivery timeframes will follow the location estimates outlined above.

Handles

Handles are stocked in a separate warehouse and are shipped independently from your doors.

• Typically dispatched the next business day
• Delivery generally takes a few business days

You may receive your handles before your doors.

Every product that leaves our warehouse will be carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Custom pallets are made for large orders

All deliveries are handled by third-party couriers. While we closely monitor each shipment, final delivery timing may occasionally depend on carrier availability and regional demand.
