THE PROCESS | NEW BUILDS

Upon review of your submitted questionnaire, and if we can see a strong alignment between your vision and our approach, we will be in touch to set up a Video Consultation (refer to our Consultation Pricing for further details).
This is an exciting step in the next phase of your journey with Rachael and our FPP team.

We prepare initial basic concept drawings
Lead time: 6 weeks

We will prepare a Quick Building Estimate (QBE) to do a rough budget check & make sure everyone is on the same page before going forward.
Lead time: 3 weeks

Plans are submitted to various consultants including engineer, certifier, town planning & council (if required) for further documentation & building approvals. (Typically happens in conjunction with step 5)
Lead time: Allow up to 10 weeks

All the pretty stuff! Interior drawings, mood boards, specs & selections. (Typically happens in conjunction with Step 4)
Lead time: 6 weeks for step 5 & 6 together

Finalising all the drawings, ready to build!
Lead time: 6 weeks for step 5 & 6 together

Signing of Master Builders building works contract. Our renovation contracts are typically run as ‘cost plus’.
