However, for the pre-construction phase, which includes Concept Plans, QBE, Interior Design, Professional Consultants, and Working Drawings, we typically allocate around 25 weeks for the entire process. As for the construction phase, we advise allowing approximately 9-15 months, depending on the project's size. It's important to note that build times are subject to our building calendar, so we recommend checking in with us for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Generally, it can be stated that a renovation project tends to have a higher cost per square metre compared to a new build.
